Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)to administer the hospital's nursing and patient services. The CNO is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all in-patient, emergency, trauma, behavioral health, palliative care and wound care nursing services and other services as assigned. The CNO is responsible for quality and standards of patient care, patient safety, the preparation and administration of the annual operating and capital budget, and regulatory compliance. The CNO provides leadership for the planning and coordinating of all aspects of clinical nursing and patient care services. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
