Located in Orlando, Fla., Nemours Children’s Hospital is the newest addition to the Nemours integrated healthcare system. Our 100-bed pediatric hospital also features the area’s only 24-hour Emergency Department designed just for kids as well as outpatient pediatric clinics including several specialties previously unavailable in the region. A hospital designed by families for families, Nemours Children’s Hospital blends the healing power of nature with the latest in healthcare innovation to deliver world-class care to the children of Central Florida and beyond. In keeping with our goal of bringing Nemours care into the communities we serve, we also provide specialty outpatient care in several clinics located throughout the region. This position is responsible for: Consulting, designing and delivering solutions to leaders and associates that optimize performance and effectiveness at the individual, group and organization levels. This individual is responsible for achieving desired business results via the identification, design, development, facilitation and implementation of Talent Development projects and programs in areas such as organizational effectiveness, leadership development, training and development, behavioral dynamics in the workplace, team development, organizational culture, talent review, change management and performance management. In alignment with organizational and development strategies, this position works in conjunction with the Director of Talent Development. The Talent Development Consultant will drive a wide range of high-priority projects and support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives that ensure Nemours associates are provided with sustained professional growth and development opportunities. This position will focus on expanding programs, building relationships and contributing to the development of innovative tools that support Nemours’ strategic initiatives which aims to engage and develop talent enterprise wide. While responsibilities are dynamic in nature, examples of initiatives that this position will support include: talent review, leader training, physician development, just culture, change management, and evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of programs to sustain engagement and reach desired outcomes.
