JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Processor LOCATION: Buckhorn Office Building DEPARTMENT: Finance WORK SCHEDULE: Days WORK TYPE: Full Time
JOB SUMMARY:
Works directly with the Concur Administrator, and Corporate Card Administrator to support both functions, and work as a backup as necessary. Will be using the Concur application, and current credit card bank software. Will be involved with end user training and support for the Concur application, CME, and Corporate Card related activity.
Reports to the Accounts Payable Systems Manager.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates organization and presentation skills.
Demonstrates detailed knowledge of Infor A/P module. Must be able to fully operate Lawson Software, Concur, and current banking applications related to Corp Cards and assist in software upgrades and changes.
Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associates Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. Minimum of three years accounting related experience required.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
