Primary Responsibilities: Provide coordination and administrative support to the President of Tenet Healthcare in the headquarters office, serving as the backup to the lead executive assistant for the President of Tenet Healthcare Serve as the primary support person for an additional executive who travels frequently across the US Serve as the point person for the President�s meeting space, including order and manage supplies for the conference room, ensuring smooth operations and visitor experience for guests attending meetings Assist in arranging corporate travel and meetings, in collaboration with the lead executive assistant, including developing itineraries, scheduling travel and meeting accommodations Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including document prep, meeting minutes, calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, special projects and other tasks as helpful Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively to meet timelines Ensure smooth communication with administrative support across Corporate departments, hospitals leadership offices as well as external parties Serve as a champion and ambassador for our respectful and professional work culture

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or as an analyst in an investment bank or strategy consulting group Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience Advanced skills on Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Strong knowledge of business travel (either as a former executive assistant or someone who traveled extensively on business themselves) Flawless track record and unwavering commitment to managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
