We are seeking an Audiologist who is responsible for administering diagnostic audiologic tests; hearing aid dispensing (i.e., testing, fitting, and selection), fitting BAHA devices and cochlear implant activation and adjustment/counseling, and hearing rehabilitation service to all populations. The Audiologist may provide other standard tests as needed. The Audiologist counsels and educates patients regarding test results and reviews options that best meet their hearing care needs. The Audiologist also engages in educating patients on listening and communication strategies and on the latest research on the relationship between hearing impairment and overall physical and cognitive health, developing patients for life, reviewing pricing options, and dispensing hearing aids as a part of the patient education process.
Expert Hearing Care, formerly known as Advanced Hearing Care, has enriched the communication experiences of their patients since 1993. The practice blossomed to four locations throughout southern New Mexico, Alamogordo, Ruidoso, Roswell, and the main location, Las Cruces, NM. Now the practice is centered only in Las Cruces, as we have sold the other locations to a previous audiologist, who is operating under our original name, Advanced Hearing Care. Our practice, Expert Hearing Care of Las Cruces is one of the very fastest growing practices in the western united states; it is an elite, boutique practice and is the premier hearing health care practice in all of the southwest territory. The practice has been voted “Best of the Best” for seven consecutive years by the local population and provides multiple externships for the top academic programs in the nation. We currently have over 80 patient Google reviews, virtually all 5-star (see link below).
The practice has the most modern equipment and offers a comprehensive approach to the science of hearing, from state-of-the-art diagnostic testing services and digital hearing technology, to assistive technology and rehabilitative therapy. We also provide cochlear implant and BAHA fitting and programming in collaboration with three local ENT offices.
We live and work by our motto: “Care that is state of the art. Dedication from the heart.” The senior Audiologist has 30+ years experience dedicated to helping patients with their hearing care needs and working with and managing small teams of audiologists. Both our audiologists have been nationally recognized as Elite Providers by Audigy for two consecutive years. Because our patient base is growing rapidly, we are growing rapidly. There is plenty of opportunity and room for personal, professional, career, and financial achievement.
