Nemours is seeking a Business/Quality Assurance Analyst (FULL-TIME) to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware.

Are you interested in working on an app for pediatric patient families? This role will help the Consumer Digital Health team design, implement, and test exciting new features for our patient-facing web and mobile applications in an Agile environment. The BA will help define business requirements, groom the product backlog, design test cases, and help to execute testing of our products. They will need to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and customer needs, as well as a solid technical understanding of business analysis and software testing. This is an entry-level position. Relocation assistance will NOT be offered.

Essential functions include:
Elicit and document business requirements from project stakeholders, business managers, and end users.
Document requirements in user stories that are easy to understand, testable, and traceable.
Write acceptance criteria using business-driven development language (BDD).
Work closely with the product manager on product roadmap, backlog grooming, prioritization of requirements, and fleshing out the sprint/release plans.
Assist in creation of product release notes.
Communicate effectively with developers and testers to answer questions about user stories and validate the end implementation of the requirements.
Create test cases, test scripts, and perform manual application testing.
Verify that code meets the acceptance criteria, preferably through automated testing.
May be asked to give presentations or product demonstrations/training.
Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee’s supervisor.

1-3 years experience required, however, will consider entry-level candidates interested in the quality analysis/business analysis field.
Two (2) years of work experience, of which at least one (1) year was in work related to mobile device testing (iOS and Android) or performing business analysis related to a software product preferred.
Experience with smoke testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing preferred.
Experience working with JIRA for storing user stories and bug tracking preferred.
Experience with Agile software development methodology preferred.
Experience with flow diagrams preferred.
Understanding of Git workflow and test automation preferred.
