Minimum QualificationsEducation Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years of their start date and to complete the program within five years of their start date. ExperienceTwelve months of appropriate clinical experience is required. Degrees, Licensures, CertificationsMust have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required. Occ SummaryIndependently plan and provide professional nursi ng care for patients inaccordance with physician orders and established policies andprocedures. Provide nursing services to patients and familie s inaccordance with the scope of the RN as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing.Nurses hired into this limited benefited classification will commit towork a minimum number of hours. Clinical Nurse- FP, PRN w ill be assignedto the Internal Staffing Resource Pool and will float themultipleareas. Compensation is a flat rate that is based on years of ex perience. Work Performed
