Undergeneral supervision, interprets, transcribes/edits with accuracy dictationinvolving medical terminology in a variety of specialties by physicians andother healthcare professionals regarding patient assessment, workup,therapeutic, and invasive procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis,etc., in order to document patient care, facilitate delivery of healthcareservices, and comply with standards of documentation mandated by state andfederal regulatory agencies and voluntary accrediting agencies. Provide supportin Anatomic Pathology as needed.
