Summary:

Manages the nursing services and staff for Nursing Rehab department for SFCH and ensures quality and full compliance with relevant policies and standards.Ensures that the hospital's mission and core values are evident in the service delivered to patients.Clinical Director Rehab Nursing is responsible for the daily operations of the department and oversees the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care activities on a 24 hour basis. The Clinical Director collaborates with other clinical and ancillary departments to meet organizational and department specific Quality and Safety Measures, Community Values, Business Literacy, and Service Excellence Goals.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related advanced degree in health related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years' of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
• Minimum of 2 years' of healthcare leadership
• RN license in good standing in state of employment (Louisiana) or a compact state , if applicable
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support & Advanced Life Support
