RN Registered Nurse – Inpatient Behavioral Health - Penn State Health Holy Spirit

This is a 31 bed all adult acute care – crisis stabilization unit. We provide care for patients that require medication management, group therapy/individual therapy, and assist with getting set up with outpatient services.

The RN Clinical Staff Leader is responsible for assisting in supervising nursing staff; for providing leadership and orientation to nursing personnel; and for performing a variety of nursing duties in order to coordinate the delivery of care to patients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or Associates Degree required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience:

• 2-3 years RN experience in acute care setting.
• Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity.

License/Certification:

• Current state license as a RN Registered Nurse.
• BLS Certification.
