The incumbent is responsible to lead the day to day services and provide consultation to staff concerning how to effectively provide rehabilitation services in particularly difficult cases and would provide more direction to new staff as they are learning to perform their duties. The incumbent will also provide patient care as workload demands. Delivery of services will help the incumbent maintain and enhance skills in psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services.
