Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown is a freestanding, for-profit, 96 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Morgantown, West Virginia. The hospital opened in 1991 as a joint venture with West Virginia University Health Care and Monongalia Health System. It has expanded its community impact through adding service locations and clinical programs since its inception and remains the only inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the area.

We are seeking a full time PM&R Medical Director interested in building a practice and growing with the Morgantown, WV community. The main hospital campus is located adjacent to the West Virginia University Medical Center one of only two level one trauma centers within West Virginia. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown maintains close ties with the WVU School of Medicine with many opportunities available for collaboration including clinical practice, teaching and research. PRACTICE MODEL
 
PM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients.  The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections.  Encompass Health hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes - Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
