POSITION OBJECTIVES: - Manage marketing, advertising, promotions, pricing and donor experience for 170+ global BioLife centers
- Develop integrated marketing plan that covers global donor acquisition, retention and management strategies plus tactics based on overall Bio Life objectives
- Member of the bio Life Senior Leadership Team
- Design and execute omnichannel campaigns; own vendor and agency relationships
- Leverage real-time data analysis to drive insights across function
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Build, manage and execute global marketing, advertising, pricing and promotions programs to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Bio Life
- Create global donor experience measurements and satisfaction goals using competitive intelligence and strategy, and communications to meet KPI for Bio Life
- Maintain the integrity of the Bio Life Brand as it aligns with the global Takeda Brand but is separate and distinct
- Build, manage and execute forecasting system to help inform network, using data analytics
- Develop global donor acquisition & retention strategy to maximize network performance and volume goals
- Design/execute omnichannel campaigns, own vendor & agency relationships
- Drive improvements to Digital Product channels
- Lead fee & volume planning processes
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise - Digital/Performance Marketing experience
- Experience with CRM technologies  and loyalty programs
- Experience with Digital technologies
Leadership - Ability to develop strategic plans and set vision for team
- Agile and able to work in ambiguous situations; experience in leading self and others to resolve issues with higher levels of management; Identify and resolve complex, technical operational and organizational problems
