The RN Residency prepares new nurses by organizing and transitioning them into professional nursing. The Residency is designed to be a highly-supportive and appropriately paced learning experience.
As a RN Resident, you will be employed as a full-time, paid employee. You will be supported--professionally and emotionally--by a network of senior nurses who act as teachers, preceptors, mentors and debriefers. Upon successful completion the Residency, you'll be prepared to successfully pursue your goal of serving as a professional Registered Nurse.
