• Outpatient care only
• A minimum of two years of experience and LICSW required
• Independence and competitive pay of a private-practice setting with the added support of our billing, scheduling, and psychiatric RN team, as well as off-site clinical support from our Psychotherapy Lead
• Work in the evidence-based style which fits your practice: short-term and longer-term treatment, treating individuals, families and groups
• Emphasis on efficient use of treatment through focused interventions that build upon clients' existing strengths

Federal Way offers primary care and specialty care in cardiology, dermatology, behavioral medicine and podiatry and has a registered dietitian in-house. With a personalized approach to medicine at the forefront, Federal Way offers convenient on-site services such as x-ray, laboratory, pharmacy and interpreter services.
