We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team and support high volume recruitment. This is a 6 month contract assignment with the opportunity to convert to full time as the team contines to grow and expand.
Utilize creative recruitment methods, market knowledge, and stats to hit hiring metric goals for volume roles
Conduct recruitment strategy meetings and partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively
Own the full recruitment life cycle
Document all applicant activity in the applicant tracking system to ensure that all information is current and in compliance
Provides continual updates on work progress and challenges to assigned manager
Attend virtual recruitment events and find ways to improve engagement in different departments to highlight jobs
Capable of building positive relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple clients
Ambitious and eager to tackle tough challenges with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances
Able to persuade and influence key partners utilizing data
3+ years of strategic recruiting experience
Proven success sourcing on a variety of roles and engaging passive candidates
Strong ATS & HRIS skills (we use iCIMS & Workday)
Comfortable coaching hiring managers through a best-in-class recruitment process from start to finish including behavioral interviewing techniques
Excellent verbal/written communication, intense sense of urgency, and attention to detail
Demonstrate good judgment and analytical skills while navigating new situations
Comfortable using Microsoft Suite and motivated to try new communication/collaboration and learning tools
Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations
