The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida is seeking outstanding faculty members who are interested in starting/continuing a career in academic physiatry. The Department is seeking a board eligible/certified physiatrist interested in joining a rapidly growing PM&R Program at one of the premiere medical centers in the South and a top 5 ranked public university. The PM&R department seeks to recruit a Physiatrist with expertise in Brain Injury Medicine and Stroke Rehabilitation to provide both inpatient and outpatient care. Subspecialty board certification in Brain Injury Medicine is preferred but not required.
UF Health is expanding its PM&R service lines with an emphasis on TBI, Stroke, and Neurorehabilitation and this faculty member will have the opportunity to be integral in program development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding program and collaborate closely with PM&R, neurology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology and other faculty for clinical care, education and research.
