The PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), has the knowledge and skills necessary for concentrated effort and self-direction in carrying out the most complex practical nursing care assignments considering age, culture, and special needs of patients. The PACT LPN is an integral part of the PACT Team working in the clinic alongside the PACT Provider.
