The LPN Team Lead displays knowledge and ability in providing a full range, including more complex cases, of practical nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems while serving as leaders/co-leaders of a specific nursing area for a specific group of residents in the CLC's. The LPN serves as a responsible member of the nursing team and interacts with patients, family members, professional and supportive personnel that provide care, and members of other services. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Basic Requirements: a. Citizenship. Citizen of the United States. Delegates assignments based on acuity and needs of the assigned area. Administrative duties to include 24-hour report, answering phones, preparation of assignments based on assigned area needs, and documentation for incident reports in JPRS. Delivers a verbal report and/or written end-of-tour report on his/her assigned residents/units for the use of the oncoming tour.
