Care is performed according to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act, organization and department policies and procedures. Develops treatment plans to include appropriate treatment in function, activities of daily living, sensory motor, cognitive perceptual, pre-vocational, patient, and care giver education, recreational and/or social activities designed to help p
