The incumbent is assigned to work at the VA SORCC in White City, OR within the Homeless Programs, which falls under the Outpatient Mental Health Service Line. The incumbent is responsible for working in collaberation with the community agencies and within the VA system to outreach homeless Veterans and engage them into services.
