DBCPC is responsible to the WVPP Manager and ultimately to the ACOS of Mental Health, exercising initiative and independent judgment in day-to-day activities. In the unusual and/or complex administrative and clinical problems, the incumbent initiates consultation with the Chief of Staff as well as the other authoritative resources at VA such as regional counsel, business services, fiscal and human resource management services with guidance from WVPP Manager and/or ACOS of Mental Health. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
