******Grant Funded Position******ChristianaCare is looking for a Community Educator to work with the Community Health Outreach and Education program to promote access to services, provide health education and assist community members in navigating the health care and social services systems, especially for individuals requiring assistance with cancer screenings, Screening for Life and Christiana Care Financial Assistance, financial assistance (other programs).In this role, the Community Educator will establish and maintain professional relationships with community leaders, faith leaders and others responsible for providing services to the community. In addition, the educator will work directly with designated populations including LatinX community and am
