This is an advanced level Licensed Practical Nurse position located within the Surgical Specialty Clinic. The role of this position is to be a subject matter expert while assisting the Nurse Manager and providing leadership to Nursing Assistants, LPN's, and other ancillary staff. This position serves as a problem solver, liaison, and advocate for the clinic, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly; and assisting in prioritizing patient care and adjusting care plans as necessary.
