The Nurse Manager for the Nursing Education reports to the Chief of Organizational Development and is accountable for the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling a comprehensive Nursing Education Program for VA Loma Linda Health Care System. Is responsible for Inpatient and Outpatient continuing staff education and competency, clinical education, academic affiliations, patient and family education, distance education, and continuing academic education, RQI, Valor, and RNTTP.
