The Social Worker in this position functions as the Senior Social Worker for Southern Arizona Veterans Affairs Health Care System's Primary Care Aligned Care Team (PACT). The incumbent will serve as a lead Social Worker in PACT, providing clinical consultation to other PACT Social Workers and PACT Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) members. This position is based at the Yuma CBOC and may be expected to provide Social Work services throughout SAVAHCS. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Proficient in spoken and written English as required by 38 U.S.C. 7403(f). Hold a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social W
