BJC HealthCare is seeking an experienced intranet strategist and administrator to manage operations for our digital workplace front door, as we innovate a fresh approach to enterprise communications amid transformational change. The role will be primarily responsible for building and optimizing the intranet experience for 44,000 employees as they navigate tools, resources, and news within a common digital space. The ideal candidate will understand how to leverage software to organize communications content at an enterprise level and can use data to evaluate user behavior to inform design.

Role Purpose
Leads the development and implementation of internal and external digital communications and marketing channels for the hospital, system or service organization as assigned by supervisor or Digital Communication and Marketing Manager. Possesses expert technical proficiency in current digital communications and marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
Responsible for updating system web sites; researching web technology trends; collaborating with clients on new web presence; initiating client web sites; collaborating clients , vendors, management and across departments in successful project completion.
Monitor, analyze and report and manage paid search, website traffic, email, social media metrics.
Updates clients, vendors, supervisor, and/or manager on status of all projects via departmental project management tool.
Provides leadership and guidance regarding trends in digital and social media applications to advance BJC communications and marketing strategies and execute digital marketing strategies when necessary.
Expert understanding of digital marketing tactics including but not limited to digital/display marketing, PPC, email strategy, CMS management, SEO/SEM, HTML, and social media.
