Social Worker (CRRC)
Community Engagement and Reintegration Service (CERS) is looking for (1) Social Worker to provide direct services conducting bio/psycho/ social assessments of homeless Veterans and providing brief case management and referral services in obtaining secure, safe, affordable, transitional and/or permanent housing solutions.
