MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine Liberty in beautiful Liberty, Maine is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its growing team. This position is a full-time position caring for patients of all ages. You will work alongside one Physician and a great group of support staff. We are seeking a Provider with at least 2 years of experience within a primary care office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a community-oriented, team focused, value based care center in rural community.
