Summary The Mental Health MHICM Staff Nurse demonstrates competency and proficiency in all the functions and responsibilities described. In addition, this nurse demonstrates a sustained high level of clinical practice, leadership and management skills to improve patient care for the Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) Veterans.
