The Cardiac & Vascular Institute at Memorial Healthcare System is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its expanding team. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of advanced heart failure (AHF) specialists to oversee the treatment and management of patients in need of transplant surgery and advanced heart failure therapies. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience with AHF and cardiology patients.
