Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Outpatient Clinics
Overview Foundation Health Partners is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our outpatient clinic team, where compassionate care meets professional growth. Our LPNs play a vital role in supporting providers, delivering direct patient care, and ensuring a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
