SummaryThe LPN/LVN Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) serves as a generalist to support the Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) - specialty and mental health teams. The incumbent provides a wide range of clinical services to the veteran that demonstrates complex clinical judgement under the direct supervision and regular observation of a registered nurse or provider.
