Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesDignity Health Medical Group is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Family Medicine Department at our Paradise Valley Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Outpatient only
- Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends
- Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular
- Call is 1:8 or 9
- 36 patient-facing hours, 4 admin hours
- Avg 18-24 patients per day
- Excellent Behavioral Health resources
- Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix-Open rank based on prior experience and academic output
- Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
- Opportunities to get involved in both sponsor and investigator initiated research projects

Job RequirementsRequirements:
- MD or DO Degree
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
