Mercy Clinic Pittsburg is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our well-established Women?s Health Clinic in Pittsburg, Kansas. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a physician-led, patient-focused organization recognized for quality care and outstanding patient satisfaction.
Practice Highlights
Join a collaborative team of 2 experienced OB/GYN physicians, 1 newly-trained OBGYN (starts Jan. 2027) and 2 APRNs
1:4 call schedule with coverage for one hospital only
Position available due to practice growth - quick ramp-up expected
Averaging about 650 births annually
Women?s Center located on the hospital?s 3rd floor featuring:
Level II Specialty Nursery with isolation nursery and exam room
Da Vinci Robot available for minimally invasive procedures
Teaching affiliation with Kansas City University - opportunity to precept medical students with stipend
System-wide EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot

12-bed ICU with 24/7 telehealth monitoring and 6-bed step-down unit

40,000 sq. ft. Surgical Center with 6 ORs + dedicated C-section suite
Anesthesia team: 1 anesthesiologist + 5 CRNAs
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary: $400,000 for 1 year
$50,000 recruitment incentives + up to $20,000 relocation assistance
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
4 weeks? vacation + 6 holidays during guarantee period
1 week CME + $5,000 annual CME allowance
