Advanced Practice Provider General Practice Float
Job Description Full time, 4x10 shifts a week, 7am-5pm (with a 1-hour lunch)No night and no weekend rotations.Floating primarily to all MO primary care offices with potential KS coverage if needed.The purpose of the Float role is to provide coverage for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Physicians in Primary Care who are absent for extended periods, such as FMLA leave (e.g., maternity leave or medical procedures). Float providers temporarily assume responsibility for the absent provider's patient panel, working within their assigned office, utilizing existing exam rooms and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
