Definition The Program Director reports to the Hospice Director and Administrator. The Program Director provides Clinical oversight of the Sierra Vista location. The PD may oversee the following disciplines: Clinical Coordinator, Certified Nursing Assistant, Registered Nurses, Registered Nurse Case Managers, Volunteer Coordinator, Office Coordinator, and others as assigned. Responsibilities Develop, plan, and control broad activities needed to ensure the long-term success of the hospice care team in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Valor HospiceCare policies and procedures.
