The primary responsibility of the Outreach Social Worker is to conduct street, agency, and outreach in other areas to locate and assist homeless Veterans. They are responsible to provide a variety of services to Veterans experiencing homelessness, who are unstably housed and/or at imminent risk of homelessness. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
