OverviewThis position provides routine patient care in order to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, this position selects and places instruments, supplies and equipment for delivery procedures. This position also scrubs and provides surgical instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during Cesarean Sections.This position is working in the Labor and Delivery unit with duties to include working as an OB Scrub Tech, Patie
