Up to $5000 SIGN ON BONUS based on experience.

The Cardiac Rehab Exercise Physiologist evaluates cardiac patients, plans and implements a cardiac rehabilitation program. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor�s Degree in Exercise Physiology or related field from an accredited college or university

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 12-week internship in cardiac rehabilitation
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years' experience with exercise prescription in a clinical setting

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: American College of Sports Medicine � Clinical Exercise Physiologist
REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS (e.g., CPR): BLS-Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network. ACLS within six months of employment or transfer into position.
